From what I've been able to gather via some digging and cross-referencing online, it appears that Alissa Salls (Alissic on Instagram), the wife of Oli Sykes (singer of BMTH) generated the artwork using AI and then did slight modifications to it using art software. It was examined very closely by several people who confirmed that it had all of the signs of being AI generated. When asked about this very issue, Oli was quoted saying "what's to stop her from using AI." I haven't been able to find any other artwork of hers anywhere to compare it to so, that currently seems to be the facts. Hope that helps!
